ATLANTA BG we offer a hotel located in Varna, 700 meters from the beach. The total built-up area of the hotel is 4083 sq.m. Plot 6150 sq.m. 46 rooms 9 apartments premises for a conference room or other purposes (175 sq.m.) swimming pool jacuzzi gym/fitness children's corner fountain pool bar restaurant, day bar kitchen block with appropriate premises service offices for staff parking 1000 sq.m. (including for buses) Plot 6150 sq.m. The terrain has a slight slope. The fence is on a concrete base with lattice iron frames.
